Naomi Saladin, Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer

Naomi Saladin  joined Chamberlain Group in 2017 as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over 25 years of human resources experience, highlighted by leading organizations and their people through successful organizational and cultural transformations. Her experience spans a variety of HR disciplines, including talent management, learning and development, M&A, change management, compensation, engagement, and diversity and inclusion. ​

​Naomi is responsible for the company’s human capital strategy, to enable Chamberlain Group to be an employer of choice in the talent marketplace. This includes all aspects of the employee experience and developing the company’s workforce for the future. Her People Strategy is designed to enable Chamberlain Group to attract, develop, engage and retain key strategic capabilities to win in the market today and to position Chamberlain Group for long-term growth and success. ​

​Prior to joining Chamberlain Group, Naomi served as Vice President of Human Resources for the M&A HR team for The Coca-Cola Company, responsible for implementing a new operating model between The Coca-Cola Company and its independent bottlers to drive faster growth. Prior to this appointment, she was Vice President of HR for the Coca-Cola Midwest Region. Before joining Coca-Cola, she spent over 13 years at Motorola and held various HR leadership positions in its Mobile Devices and Automotive business units.  ​

​Naomi holds both a B.S. in Psychology and an M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.​

​Naomi is an avid runner, recreational fisherwoman, 80s music junkie, reality TV binge-watcher, garage sale treasure hunter and most of all, loves to spend time with her family.
