Ensuring Health, Safety While Maintaining the Best Level of Service

The health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and our broader community have been, and continue to be, our top priority as we navigate the evolving COVID-19 situation.

As companies and communities across the country and around the world contend with the spread of the coronavirus, one thing is clear: being informed about preventing, treating and limiting the threat is critical and will require all of our care and attention.  

Here is what Chamberlain Group is doing to protect our ONETEAM while maintaining the best level of service for our customers and partners:

Safety

To create a safe and healthy work environment, early this year, we implemented personal hygiene reminders, distancing and cleaning procedures. We encouraged all employees who felt ill to stay home, instituted travel restrictions and confidential self-reporting protocols for individuals who may have been exposed to the virus. In March, we closed office locations where employees could effectively work from home. We have implemented face covering, hygiene, social distancing, sanitation and other protective measures. We continue to evolve our protective measures, as well as follow CDC and WHO guidance and make procedural updates to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, partners and community.

Work From Home

Employees who normally work in office locations and are able to work from home are now doing so. While we have temporarily closed some locations, we are fully open for business to continue to serve the critical business needs of our customers and partners. We have technology and collaboration tools that will enable us to continue to provide the level of service you’ve come to expect from Chamberlain Group.

We are closely monitoring the ongoing impact of COVID-19. We continue to prioritize health and safety as we strive to meet the urgent demands of our essential industry. As we balance health & safety with continuity of supply during these uncertain times, we are making every effort possible to serve our customers by delivering the products and solutions you need as quickly as possible.

Open Locations

At this time, we are still operating our distribution centers. Each of these facilities have implemented heightened hygiene and cleanliness procedures. In order to protect employees and customers alike, we have new screening and visitation protocols in place, alongside social distancing recommendations.
