Fostering a Workplace of Inclusion and Belonging
At Chamberlain Group, we are committed to ensuring that our workplace is diverse and inclusive - embracing our employees, serving our customers and supporting communities that may have otherwise been closed off.
With bold ambitions, we have accelerated our approach to diversity and inclusion by being intentional with how we grow our workforce and conscientious about how we support our communities. In years past, the culture and representation of Chamberlain Group developed organically - lacking the focus needed to make meaningful change in the area of diversity and inclusion. As a company, we strive to be as diverse as the people we serve. By diversifying our workforce and building deeper connections to the communities we serve, Chamberlain Group is able to tap into an increased wealth of experiences and thinking that enables us to be better, together.
"Our success lies in creating an environment where every voice is not only heard but celebrated."

2023 Representation
At Chamberlain Group, we believe in being open and honest as we grow and improve. And being transparent about our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) journey is no exception. In 2023, we made the decision to measure our DEIB progress in earnest. While our efforts to that point had yielded improvement, we weren’t where we wanted or needed to be. We resolved to be more intentional about moving the needle on DEIB and set lofty goals to hold ourselves accountable to change. We’re far from the end of our journey, but we’re working every day to make a sustainable impact on our culture for our ONETEAMERS.
