OAK BROOK, IL – October 24, 2025 – LiftMaster, Chamberlain Group’s leading brand of professionally installed access control solutions has released a new Smart Access Controller Panel (CAPXAP) to further expand myQ Community’s connectivity capabilities acting as a foundation to connect every door, gate, and elevator to the myQ Community ecosystem. With modular expansion, built-in connectivity options, and intelligent capabilities, it empowers security integrators to install systems with ease, to customize configurations for any property, and to deliver total control over access points through centralized, remote management.
Additionally, LiftMaster is expanding connectivity for multifamily properties and gated communities with a new service for the myQ Community platform: myQ Cellular Connectivity. Powered by the myQ Commercial Gateway (MYQCOMM), this cellular-enabled solution brings expanded connectivity to communities, even in areas without reliable internet. It's a plug-and-play setup for true video streaming through LiftMaster Smart Video Intercoms, and with myQ Community, customers get one simple bill and a selection of data plans tailored to their community’s needs.

- Minimal wiring with clean, contained wire management conduit
