Dan Kirsche is the Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Chamberlain Group.
Prior to stepping into the CTO role at CG, Dan was Sr. Vice President, Software Engineering. In that role, Dan led the software engineering strategy, vision, and roadmap for myQ across all business units. Additionally, Dan ensured growth and optimization of CG’s cloud-based platform, mobile, and system architecture teams.
Before joining CG, Dan served as Chief Technology Officer at Curo Financial Technologies. There, he led the software engineering, data engineering, product management, infrastructure, and security teams. Prior to his work at Curo, Dan held executive roles at Enova, Project44, and Groupon.
Dan graduated from the University of Illinois, where he earned his BS in Computer Science. He then went on to earn his MBA with a concentration in Business Strategy and Decision Science from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
Dan is a lifelong native of Illinois. He lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his spouse and two children. In his spare time, he enjoys staying healthy & active, as well as coding. Always keeping innovation front-of-mind, Dan holds patents in various aspects of machine learning systems and has built machine learning platforms that scale to 100+ million predictions per model.
